Paul Sprangers is a filmmaker + editor from Red Wing, Minnesota, and the guy who usually ends up doing everything in post.
Paul’s a self-taught DP, sound mixer, colorist, and VFX artist. He co-wrote, directed, shot, and edited Smile or Hug, starring Danny Trejo, which premiered at Geena Davis’ Bentonville Film Festival. His short film Stranger Danger swept the UCLA Film Festival, and his thriller script Night City Zappers took home top honors at the UCLA MFA Screenwriters Showcase and was a finalist at Austin Film Fest.
He lives in LA with his wife Chelsea, golden doodle Teddy, and bunny Hammy.
